A brand new house, with three bedrooms og two bathrooms. The house has a magnificent view over the the ocean. Both small private beaches, and larger ones, including Plaka Beach and Orkos Beach, are situated 60 metres from the house.

The villa is architect designed and built to high standards. On the stone terrace you will find areas with sun, and areas with shade if that is to your preference. The roof terrace provides a sunbathing area with panoramic sea views. The house has air-condition installed to provide shelter from the heat if needed.

The ground floor consists of two levels; one with a living room with an open fireplace, and another with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a dish washer, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine etc. Both the living room and the kitchen open out to the large stone terrace with sea views.

The villa has beds for six people, but the sofas in the living room can easily be turned into two extra beds. The upper bedroom has two adjacent single beds and an adjacent bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The two other bedrooms are downstairs, with an adjacent second bathroom. In this bathroom you will find a washing machine which can be used by the guests. All the bedrooms have extensive fitted wardrobes.

50 metres from the house is a small, cosy Italian restaurant with a magnificent sea view. You will find several Greek tavernas and two supermarkets in Mikri Vigla, which lies within walking distance.

The environment in which the house lies, is very quiet and relaxing. A long walk or a few minutes by car takes you to a variety of restaurants and discotheques by the beaches. Naxos town, which is about 20 minutes driving away, has many nice shops and supermarkets, charming narrow streets and great tavernas and restaurants.

We can help you rent a car, if you want to. You can also use a taxi to/from the city, for a manageable sum.
